Make the placement decision early
Before allocating space to dumpsters, vehicles or event furniture, identify a restroom position with a usable approach. Explain the users, hours and existing bathroom access. A small final footprint does not mean delivery and servicing need only the same amount of space.
Agree the review points
If the work moves into a new phase or the programme expands, revisit quantity, washing and service with the rental contact. Confirm any extension and how final pickup is requested. Have the responsible property or event operator check applicable permissions; the equipment enquiry does not establish them.
What should be reconsidered when the next work phase begins?
Review the number of people relying on temporary facilities, their walking routes and the approach for provider visits. Note whether permanent bathroom access changes. Raise those differences with the rental contact before assuming the original equipment and service arrangement covers the new phase.
