Plan for the busiest trade overlap
A project may have a small regular team and a much larger group during a particular phase. Explain that variation when discussing toilets and washing. Include contractors who cannot use indoor facilities and identify whether different work areas are active simultaneously. A daily average can hide the period that needs the most attention.
Put sanitation on the logistics plan
Choose the toilet area alongside material storage, waste containers and vehicle movement. Keep the user route and service approach clear even when the site becomes busy. If the working entrance changes, notify the rental contact before the next visit. Relocation should be agreed rather than handled by an unrelated trade.
Give each contractor the same plan
Different trades should not receive conflicting instructions about the facilities or placement area. Put the agreed location and reporting contact in the shared site information. When another team arrives, tell the rental contact if the original use estimate changes. Keep the service route visible in the plan as temporary storage expands.
- Largest simultaneous workforce
- Facilities available to each trade
- Shared contact for changed requirements
