Make the proposals comparable
Ask each proposal to identify equipment, rental duration, transport, service and supplies. Explain any restricted entrance or delivery window that could affect the arrangement. Comparing a cabin-only figure with a more complete package will not show which proposal fits the Ocoee project.
Discuss the likely changes
If the programme may extend or the crew may grow, ask how revisions are handled. Clarify additional visits, washing and collection arrangements before accepting the booking. The useful price is the confirmed quote for the actual site and dates, not a general number detached from access and inclusions.
Clarify the offer before comparing totals
Request a written outline of the facilities, rental period, included support and conditions for changes. Check which business fulfils the work and how it handles an extension or removal request. A useful comparison shows what each proposal covers; it should not depend on assumptions about services that the provider has not included.

- Conditions for extensions and extra attention
