Expect the site to evolve
A longer Ocoee project can change crew size, entrance and available placement space. Discuss the expected phases at the outset and identify when the arrangement should be reviewed. The first delivery is only one part of keeping toilets and washing practical over the full rental.
Document the recurring arrangement
Record service expectations, supplies, access instructions and the contact responsible for changes. Ask how extensions and final collection are requested. When the project manager or property contact changes, hand over those details rather than leaving the rental dependent on an old email conversation nobody else can access.
Review what the original brief no longer covers
Set a practical review point when a major phase, workforce or access arrangement changes. Compare those conditions with the accepted facilities and service. Tell the rental provider about the change rather than assuming the continuing booking adapts itself. Before the project closes, agree removal while someone still controls access.
