Place washing at a useful junction
Think about where people leave the work area, visit the toilet and take breaks. A handwashing station should fit that movement without creating a crossing through unloading traffic. For gatherings, include vendors and helpers who may need washing independently of a restroom visit.
Account for changing demand
More trades or a longer programme can increase use after the original request. Ask what water, soap, towels and wastewater handling are included, and how replenishment is arranged. Have the site contact report supply issues promptly. Do not assume the station’s delivery automatically establishes a suitable ongoing service schedule.
Make supplies part of the request
Tell the rental contact how the station will be used and who notices a supply problem. Confirm which consumables and replenishment are included instead of assuming someone on site can refill everything. Explain any restriction on reaching the station during use and ask how wastewater is handled in the proposed arrangement.
