Start with the venue’s existing provision
Ask which bathrooms will be available to wedding guests and staff, and during what hours. Explain whether portable facilities will supplement those rooms or provide the main arrangement. Discuss the desired comfort level, washing and accessible entry before deciding between cabins and a trailer.
Keep the supplier plan practical
Screening and decoration should leave doors, approach routes and service space usable. Share the setup sequence with the venue coordinator so the restroom delivery is not blocked by furniture or catering equipment. Confirm access for removal even if the couple and guests will already have left the property.
Plan for staff as well as the guest experience
Ask the venue which existing bathrooms remain available while vendors prepare and clear the occasion. Explain the remaining gap when discussing equipment and rental dates. Give the coordinator the accepted restroom arrangement so the couple does not become the only source of access instructions once the celebration starts.
