Give transport enough context
A brief activity may have a tight property-access window. Explain when equipment can arrive, when it must be ready and when removal can occur. Ask for the proposed arrangement before promising that the same space will be available immediately after the event or job.
Keep the short brief complete
Include expected users, any permanent bathrooms, washing and accessible-entry needs. Identify the person approving placement and a contact for changes. Ask what is included for the rental period and how revised timing is handled. A short duration does not remove the need to confirm equipment and access.
Separate the event clock from the rental clock
The property may need facilities before the main activity starts and still need them during cleanup. Give the provider those times along with supplier access windows. Review the accepted equipment period and removal arrangement before promising the venue that the space will be vacant at a particular moment.
