Clarify which sanitation task is involved
A standalone toilet for visitors or people near a camper is not the same as servicing an RV tank. Describe the actual need, expected users and period of use. If both tasks are involved, have them discussed separately so the proposal does not leave a connection or wastewater assumption unresolved.
Review space after vehicles are parked
A location that is reachable before campers, awnings and other vehicles arrive may become difficult to service later. Describe the final layout and obtain placement permission. Confirm the proposed toilet, washing, supplies and collection arrangement; do not infer vehicle-service work from a portable cabin booking.
Keep the cabin request separate from tank work
List an independent toilet, washing and any RV-related service as separate needs. Explain who uses each facility and the full period people remain at the property. Ask the provider to state which tasks are included. Vehicle parking and awnings should be considered when agreeing an approach that remains usable during the stay.
- Independent facilities needed
- Any separately requested tank service
- Access with vehicles and awnings in place
