Make room for the approach as well as the unit
An accessible cabin requires more consideration than a wider rectangle on the layout. Describe the route from the activity, the surface and any gates or level changes. Ask for the proposed model’s entry details and involve the person responsible for accessibility before confirming placement.
Keep temporary installations out of the way
A tent line, queue barrier or delivery pallet can interrupt a route that was clear during planning. Allocate responsibility for preserving that space and include reachable washing facilities. The equipment specification does not replace a review of the whole site; confirm the applicable arrangements with the organiser or property operator.
Review the approach after setup
Have the responsible organiser check the approach again once temporary furniture, barriers or materials are in place. Keep the proposed accessible model information with that layout. If the surrounding route no longer works, raise the issue before use; do not treat delivery of the unit as confirmation that every part of the site is accessible.
